DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE , you can reschedule your appointment once after original day of booking for 30DAYS upon sending a 48hrs notice. No rescheduling after 30 days. Please choose your services carefully. The service chosen cannot be change to a lesser service price, each service requires different time or you are required to pay the full price for the original service booked. (For example: Booking a relaxer retouch for ($105) then change to just a wash and style $55) Appointments booked for Tuesdays to Fridays are able to reschedule.
